Processed personal data

The website processes the name, e-mail address, date of birth, uploaded photo, personal request/instructions where provided, access code, request status, timestamps and the prepared reading text.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to receive the reading request, verify age restriction, prepare and deliver the symbolic reading, provide temporary code-based access, handle contact and operate the website securely.

The legal basis for the request data is the user’s consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). For technical logs and security-related processing, the legal basis may be legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Photo upload

The uploaded photo is used only for preparing the symbolic personal reading and is not used for identification, biometric analysis, automated profiling, advertising or public display.

Retention period

Pending requests are stored for up to 24 hours. Completed readings remain accessible to the requester for 24 hours after completion and may remain visible in the admin interface for up to a further 24 hours for handling and verification. After expiry, the related request data and uploaded files are deleted automatically by the system when the cleanup process runs.

Recipients and processors

The data is not transferred to independent third parties for marketing or advertising. The hosting provider may process technical server logs and server-side statistics as a processor to the extent necessary for operation, security and troubleshooting. If e-mail sending is used, the message may pass through the configured mail service.

Data subject rights

The user may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Complaints may be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
