General Terms and Conditions

Nature of the service

The website provides symbolic, spiritual and self-reflective tarot interpretations. The service may be available free of charge in free mode, or as a paid service when payment is enabled.

The interpretation is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional assistance.

Age restriction

The service is available only to users over 18 years of age. By submitting a request, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

Free mode

In free mode, submitting a request does not create a payment obligation. The user provides personal data voluntarily so the symbolic reading can be prepared and delivered through temporary code-based access.

Free availability may be changed or withdrawn by the operator at any time, but this does not affect requests already submitted and accepted by the system.

Request handling and availability

The user submits the request with the required data and photo. The prepared reading can be opened with the generated code for 24 hours after completion. Pending requests and related uploads are stored temporarily and deleted after expiry according to the privacy notice.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for providing accurate contact data and for interpreting and using the received symbolic content. The operator is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on the interpretation.

No guaranteed outcome

Interpretations may refer to possible future directions or tendencies, but they are not guaranteed predictions and do not promise a specific outcome.

Complaints and contact

Questions or complaints may be sent to the contact e-mail address shown in the footer and in the privacy notice.
